Problem

Youth sports and academic organizations run on spreadsheets, group chats, and cash. Parents cannot see what is available, instructors cannot see who is showing up, and admins reconcile payments by hand.

Role

Sole designer and engineer: mobile app, multi-tenant data model, payments, and admin tooling.

What I built

Built a multi-tenant booking marketplace for sports and academic organizations.
Integrated Stripe Connect charges, real-time scheduling and automated payment flows.
Implemented role-based access with Supabase row-level security and tenant isolation.

Outcome

Mobile app available in TestFlight.
Built as a solo project from 2024 to the present.
